Huge market opportunity Interesting scale of problems Excellent way to meet others in industry We’ll-regarded graduate program

Cons

Compensation hasn’t kept up with market. Hiring too many people without structure for them to be productive. Massive recent growth in middle management layers Mountains of technical debt. Leaders distrust staff - prefer the opinions of external consultants over their own teams.

Pros

One of the best places that I've worked at in terms of company culture.

Cons

The actions of the leadership fall short of their rhetoric. Salaries are low compared to the rest of the industry. Leadership is not transparent, and does not listen/react to employee concerns.
