Pros

Just a good product nothing more (Thanks to the Founder Rod Drury)

Cons

Lost their soul once the founder resigned and left everything to the new CEO (who is just another employee and how could you expect an employee to have a risk-taking, visionary and open approach?) Eventually, company only cared about the BOTTOM line

Pros

It had at the time benefits like fruit baskets, coffee and soda machines and a ping pong table. Has good work and interesting problems to solve. Technology is kept up to date so you'll never see at risk software being used or anything else like what you see at other corporates.

Cons

At the time there was a middle management nightmare and poor performance of people hiding in the organisation.
