Pros

It's a beautiful place to work and there are great events. The people have varied backgrounds and it could be a great place to network.

Cons

The managers are not concerned with fostering growth. It seems like there is a lack of transparency and accountability toward individual KPIs. There's also a disconnect with the U.S. team and the NZ team, where decisions are being made by international leaders that don't understand S.F. culture.

Awful management, bad talent acquisition, bullying culture allowed to run rampant. CEO aid great but not there much.

Unless you work in an NZ/AU/UK office, steer clear. The US office is chaos.

Pros

Great downtown Denver location, regular lunches/breakfasts. The kiwi/NZ employees are amazingly kind, genuine, and down to earth. They make the experience worth 3 stars.

Cons

The politics in the Denver office are insane. If the Americas leadership recognizes you as in their clique, you're fine. It's very much like high school where you've got the common jocks, nerds, etc. The leaders who get elevated play this game and really try to "fit in" with the cool kids. Awful and disingenuous environment.
