One of the best roles I have had but a shame it's management isn't good

Pros

- The first team I was in was one of the best teams I have ever experienced! Positive culture, great drive and more! - Got to work on some great work and learn lots about our users and felt like i was making impact - Lots of social opportunities if you make the time and effort for it - Processes were great to help me become better in my role and was always open to new ideas

Cons

- Management where I was was a mess. I had 6 managers in the 3.5 years I was there which is ridiculous to me! This meant I grew a lot personally and professionally but had no one in my court to help me grow up in seniority as they all had been removed or not around for long - My last manager was bias, refused to offer support when I needed it and kept putting me down on my achievements - The second team I was in made no progress to ship work out whatsoever and everything was being cancelled/paused which was demotivating - There is a culture of putting people into the "not good enough" box which is de-humanising and insulting to those who do still work hard
