      Pros

      Xero is truly a people first organization. I have worked at places that have said they were people first in the past, but I truly did not know what that meant until I joined Xero. Xero is #human for it’s employees and for it’s customers. They truly care about small businesses and making their lives easier. - Employee Resource Groups to talk about Diversity & Inclusion and how it effects Xero Employees - Amazing Leave! (21 days PTO, 10 wellness days, 5 other days)

      Cons

      It is still in a start-up environment so it can be challenging to hunt down correct information or find procedures but as the company continues to grow I anticipate this area will get better.
