Salary, support team, incredible maternity leave, great benefits

Cons

Internal growth sometimes gets pushed aside for outside hires. Work from home ended and now some office time is required, despite no real need for that to happen.

Too much disconnect between product and other teams. Not sure who's calling the shots on product priorities, but those decisions need another set of eyes
