Pros

More aggressive performance culture with metrics and impact tightly measured. High impact = high performance = high renumeration. Established product with a lot of rapid growth now in place. Lots of longer term strategic plays being made gives me confidence in the 3-5 year old look

Cons

The previously low bar for candidates has meant a fair number of low quality employees (and likely the ones complaining now). The bar has been raised but many of these employees are still around. Your performance and growth is very dependent on your manager and the area of the business you are in. The overall leadership structure has gotten quite bloated and needs to be flattened.

Pros

- Good benefits like Xtra leave, free lunch every Thursday, parental leave - Talented and hardworking people

Cons

- Post layoffs, there's more pressure and stress (everyone feels it), working longer hours - Still way too many middle managers, indecision and process - Low pay - Silicon Valley hustle culture
