Xero is growing at a high pace, in the Marketing team alone we will have 10 new people joining us in January. We will always have people leaving us but we strive to make this a place people can fulfil their aspirations and do purposeful work everyday. Our team review and keep a vigilant watch on any attrition spikes, I am happy to report that our attrition levels are lower globally than our benchmarks. I know it can feel that there is constant change, and there is - that is part of the culture that some people love to be in and something that will continue when we are in this pace of growth.
