Pros

Total employee engagement and real, genuine enthusiasm about the company and the product - great rewards and world class employee facilities and care. An environment of success, growth and hard work that is unmatched - real attitude of "be all you can be".

Cons

Hyper Growth demands you're on the ball - it is not an easy place to get a job and not an easy place to work. Target driven environment that some thrive in and some simply don't. That said - Xero do not pretend otherwise!

Pros

Great overall company culture. Ownership in projects and getting things done. Putting user experience front and center in decisions. Very loyal and enthusiastic customer base.

Cons

Some missing senior leadership positions, but that will get sorted out over time.

Great culture, very friendly company, growing rapidly and therefore there are lots of opportunities to contribute to the company and develop as an individual

Cons

Not a lot. The company is growing very rapidly so will have to work to retain the culture, 'can do' attitude and lack of bureaucracy which have been its hallmarks since startup.
