fully remote, company is growing fast, lots of well established tools/boilerplates/standards

Cons

many policies to follow, needs to get approval from multiple managers to release changes. Frequent changes on project priority.

Some nice coworkers previously Travel was good

Cons

- No payrises for years despite claiming how well we are doing now - Expenses slashed - No remote work now - Terrible culture now - Managers are self serving and self promoting - Poor unqualified management. Many first time managers. Not promoted on a basis of qualifications or best fit. - Product Advancements not there - No longer a industry leader
