      - Great products - Great people - Opportunities to progress - Hyper change environment (brings new roles, new teams, new directions, new opportunities constantly)

      Cons

      - Hyper change environment (constant rapid change is a challenge to manage) - Tendency to not try things for long enough to see if they really work before changing things again.
