Pros

The people are amazing, great work-life balance, I've only worked with nice competent people

Cons

There is a heavy top-down organization at Xero that makes it incredibly frustrating to get anything done and more bureaucracy continues to be implemented that have put working here on a downward spiral. Would have given 4 or 5 stars two months ago.

good work/life balance. flexible wfh policies. can work with some awesome teams

Cons

toxic environment, too many products, not enough direction. trying to build for a global product but not recognising each region has specific ways of working and harder to translate to other parts of the world
