Pros

Great Management Remote Flexible shifts / hours Fun teams Quarterly Bonuses

Cons

Only cons are that benefits are very expensive, and salaries are way below average. If you are looking for experience, then this place is perfect. You will get hands on with lots of different technologies, and absorb tons of information. If you are a mid to senior level, the salary will be laughable, and will put you in the rich / poor category. You wont be able to afford benefits, retirement, savings, and living expenses on this salary alone. Expect range to be 40's to MAYBE low to mid 60's for mid, and senior level. Let that sink in with costs rising across the country. Its just not doable for most people who have families.
