There are none. Management is not in touch with reality or the market.

Cons

Terrible Management on the Managed Services side. From the President down to the VPs. VPs have no say in anything that upper management does. Upper management makes knee-jerk decisions without any data that they can use. Customer focus is the last thing on their mind, only revenue. But when you lay-off your people who are doing the work, hard to service customers.

There is very little left that is "positive".

Cons

Everything. The insane workload, the lack of new products, the management, the pay, the benefits... It all needs an overhaul.
