Pros

Office workers were good and helpful. Xeros should be a temp job. Look elsewhere if you want a career.

Cons

Everyone outside of office was out of state. They had zero idea how to run an office or what was really going on with the account. They dont pay their employees proper wages They dont give raises They wont hire you from contract to full time They dont work with covid regulations They dont know tech Contractors dont get PTO or sick It is no wonder xerox is struggling.

Pros

They have a good benefits package and a decent amount of vacation time.

Cons

The lowest level employees are meaningless and replaceable and they charge you to use their vehicle.

Pros

They hire managers based off of the "level" of friendship they have with higher ups.... The VP started as a part time delivery guy for machines, which is basically as low as it gets, and he got where he is based on relationship. They promote from within based on seniority and your social level with the higher ups. Sales gets treated like numbers, its a cut throat environment. From what I hear, the technicians and warehouse people are treated like scum, and they are being "bought out buy Xerox" corporate and outsourcing all of their work so STEAR CLEAR of this place.

Cons

Upper management is "clickish" and have heard numerous "hot tub at the mansion" stories while working there. The VP climbed the ladder from being a part time delivery guy not knowing a thing, based on his ability to smooth talk. Get real, listen to employees, and quit the narrative that the employees see daily. This was not the case when the Reeds owned it. SAD
