Confusion among sales

Pros

Not sure anymore!! Hoping for change.

Cons

Sales competing agents each other. Companies are confused. John V. Comes out in a webcast and say we are not going to have multiple vendors selling agents one another. So there’s the Xerox direct, the non Xerox companies that can sell Xerox equipment. BOTH of them compete agents the Core Groups (Now XBS). On top of that the XBS Groups get charged a higher equipment cost to compete for the customer. - putting the XBS at a disadvantage. This needs to CHANGE. The XBS Groups are dedicated to selling and servicing the customers. I know that the XBS Groups need to increase across the country to cover all cities. BUT the Xerox Direct Channel needs to be give to the XBS Groups to handle and services. And there’s no way should a NON XBS Group have to opportunity to sell Xerox equipment (they are not even equipped to service them properly. Let the XBS Groups handle it.
