On top of that the XBS Groups get charged a higher equipment cost to compete for the customer. - putting the XBS at a disadvantage. This needs to CHANGE. The XBS Groups are dedicated to selling and servicing the customers. I know that the XBS Groups need to increase across the country to cover all cities. BUT the Xerox Direct Channel needs to be give to the XBS Groups to handle and services. And there’s no way should a NON XBS Group have to opportunity to sell Xerox equipment (they are not even equipped to service them properly. Let the XBS Groups handle it.
