Pros

Some nice people and that’s about it.

Cons

Managers are 5 hours away and do not care for the outlying employees. Training is non-existent. Very poor communication and ability to get things done. Takes several emails and getting managers involved to get one thing done. If you must drive your own car for service calls, you are paid much lower (at least 20% lower) than national average per mile. Did not receive company vehicle until final day of employment but was promised a vehicle when I first started 6 months before. Systems are too old. For a company that touts “innovation” there is very little to be found here. Some systems date back to a windows XP or earlier.

Pros

Brand name that has history behind it’s name.

Cons

Highest priced product & services in the industry and little empowerment given to the sales reps to compete against other companies to win the deal.
