Pros

It's a job. You can do better!

Cons

Worked for Xerox for 4 years. Started off as contract. It seemed like an exciting opportunity, boy was I wrong! Our department was recently outsourced. We were notified of this after they overloaded us with additional work. We figured out they wanted clean transitions and wanted us to the people who were taking our jobs. Good luck to the ones who are still there. Its only a matter of time!

Pros

Got hired the same day I submitted an application in person.

Cons

No annual raises, health benefits are subpar, lack of a bonus structure, which creates a work environment where there is no incentive to go above and beyond. No career growth. They are sticklers when it comes to breaks, 10 min breaks only. You have to share headsets with other employees which is not sanitary in a call center work environment.
