Pros

Love the work. Love the people.

Cons

Sick of the layoffs so that our work can be outsourced to a foreign country. Our calls have doubled because those employees can't hack it and constantly call for help. Who will they call when those of us that know the job are gone? Stupid move in outsourcing Xerox! Here's hoping the split of the company returns work to the USA.

Pros

Everything about this position is great for me. I enjoy the flexibility of working at home. The pay is pretty decen considering there is no commute time. Also, if you are looking to advance there are opportunities.

Cons

I can't think of any con's. Many people will complain about the job because it's a little over minimum wage in some states. However, I think it's good experience to get under your belt. Especially if you're looking to advance in a IT position. Great for students as well.
