Pros

They'll hire you if you have a pulse Lots of overtime Most of your coworkers are pretty decent Lots of variety when it comes to picking a shift

Cons

1) Mold in HVAC 2) Workers have to work long hours with inadequate seating. Most chairs are have broken height adjusters, poor to no lumbar support, broken castors, and/or biological stains of one sort or another. Management will not correct the issue, claiming since at least September 2015 that the chairs are on backorder. 3) Heavy dust in ventilation. 4) Workers highly discouraged from calling in sick, placing other workers at risk. 5) Unchanged water filters 6) Inadequate restroom facilities for 500 employees. 7) Human detritus such as dead skin and nail clippings on and around keyboards. 8) Severely inadequate ventilation. 9) Abusive, self-entitled customers 10) Horrible ABC pay system 11) Non responsive management who will just stare at you while you stare back with your hand up for help. 12) 10 minute breaks 13) Unrealistic metrics 14) Constant rule changes Bottom line: This job will make you a misanthrope faster than any other form of work.

Pros

mostly decent employees, a good stepping stone, easy to get in with and hard to be termed.

Cons

low hiring standards with applecare campaign , pay was low comparative to competition , non professional , mis-managed, nepotism, benefits were expensive and not worth it. it was easy to keep if you did minimum requirements and stayed off radar, schedules changed at managements whim. a lot of politics in the upper levels . termed great people and kept whoever they could pay the least amount regardless of skill level. gm was a lying fake inept sorry excuse for a man . after many years with xerox/acs they showed their backside and showed exactly why they have the poor reputation they have for call center/contact center management.
