Pros

Great work environment. Talented workforce. Emphasis is more on work experience than anything else. Lot of opportunity to learn and grow(from work experience point of view)

Cons

High expense to revenue ration due to the nature of business (applies to all companies operating in this space of IT services) Too many reorg. Upper management need to understand that reorg isnt always the answer to optimization.

Pros

I work in research, which is populated with really smart, intellectually vigorous people with big, bold ideas. Many disruptive and groundbreaking technologies are developed here, with potential for huge positive impact - it feels like we're working on important stuff.

Cons

It's an old company, with often slow-moving processes like budgeting and appraisals. Executives at the parent company are (not always but fairly often) conservative and parochial in making decisions to fund or advance innovations. The best innovations don't always make it to market in a timely fashion. Change is happening but slowly.
