Pros

There were a lot of remote positions available.

Cons

All of our support staff except for IT and operations were off-shored to groups who did not understand the industry we worked in. There were training plans, but there were no incentives or follow through to finish them. The majority of the processes and procedures put in place created more work for employees rather than create efficiency, which meant less and less got accomplished with each new "process improvement." Very little investment or research was done into implemented IT solutions, which meant millions of dollars were spent on a solution that would not and could not work.

Pros

401 K match for 3% - 2 weeks vacation 4 floating holidays for first year of employment - 3 weeks vacation after 5 years service

Cons

No cost of living or raises in 6 years, some of ladies in management (ones that won't leave until they die) are mean and jaded and spiteful. Xerox constantly tries to save money but also spend money badly. They pass on extra expenses on to their clients. Their call center hires people off the street with very little experience to try to save money also and practices the "Fake it til you make it approach" I hear that quote alot at Xerox Tempe Arizona. Alot of good employees are frustrated and stuck between a rock and a hard place, but it is not their fault. This is a good stepping stone job not long term. Use them then lose them.
