Pros

Descent pay not much else.

Cons

CEO is ruining the company and needs to go. Medical Benefits are TERRIBLE. Don't care about employees. To much overseas out sources. I can't even call our own HR people and get an American or a person that understands English well enough to assist.

Pros

If you need a job on the spot they will hire you long as you have availability that suits business needs.

Cons

High turnover , disorganized "always changing something" aka (acs) now xerox stay far far away if you like your sanity and dont wantbto ruin employment history seems harder to find work when other employers see xerox on resume...also depends on dept or campaign vendor apple was best ...humana sucked and sprint was tolerable good experience and bonus pay incentives rbc

Very easy to get hired. If you are technology savvy it might be the place for you

Cons

Company doesn't seem to care much about the customers, just profit. A lot of your customers don't seem to get the satisfaction they want.
