      It could have been worse for me.

      Pros

      Xerox bought my company Affiliated Computer Services which seemed to be a good thing. I always had a fun time doing my job.

      Cons

      I was not always able to do my job because I would at first need to do someone else's job. If you were good at your job you weren't going to advance because your supervisor or manager "needed" you on their team. Before Xerox there were several times where pay was messed up or not there at all.

      Pros

      Awesome coworkers. Our department had a good team environment. New technology and great IT support. Everyone was very willing to answer questions and help each other out.

      Cons

      The only con was there really wasn' t room for advancement. They didn't promote from within for higher positions. The pay was not competative for the field.
