Pros

Xerox is steeped in tenured employees, which enabled accelerated learning. It is a knowledge rich company, incredibly intelligent and mindful individuals. I found most people are always willing to help, great team atmosphere. Many options to move into different lines of work as well. The work/life balance and flexibility was great.

Cons

With the changing marketplace, Xerox has been shifting its strategy. With that, comes some negative side effects. Cost cutting - program and labor is scrutinized every year, which is a looming grey cloud. Reorgs are frequent and almost expected, never get too comfortable.
