Pros

Company reputation, hiring a lot, hires for good clients.

Cons

Lack of communication, snotty trainers, lack of responsibility and work ethic. They watch you on web cam during training and work. I had the worse trainer who cracked jokes and sung songs throughout the training. Trainer made the trainees read all the material while doing nothing but acting silly on the web camera and making the class get on the camera at his command. Then the trainer taught as he assumed everyone was on the same level. I felt shamed into doing things and he made jokes of certain classmates. To top off my training, I didn't get paid and upon asking him about it, he gave me the run-around and lied to my recruiter saying I didn't attend training. When confronted with proof, he pretended he made a mistake and promised me a paycheck, which Payroll denied he did anything to remedy the situation. I may have to go to get a lawyer to get paid and a psychiatrist for the stress. By the way, this company sends you a free computer to work with but threatens you with jail if you don't return it within 7 days of ending your relationship with them! What a bunch of clowns! They actually write it on a sticker and tell you the cops will come to your home. No one wants your clunky old iMac.

Pros

No two days are ever the same. You interface with different clients every day. For the most part you manage your own schedule.

Cons

Pay raises have been few and far between. The company is constantly having reductions in force. Cost of benefits is always rising

Pros

Great co-workers, leadership is actually interested in what "type" of work want to do within the department, if fulltime advancement is possible if you work hard.

Cons

Work in a non-call center environment, but your time is tracked as if you are. Hourly employees are considered late if your are 1 minute late. Pay is low.
