Nothing good about it. There is nothing good about it. You are being monitered by a bunch of people. Each one gives you orders. You feel that you are a tennis ball being hit by the customersfrom one side and by managementfrom the other side. This place will make you lose your confidence.

Cons

Stay away from this place. Terrible place to work. Too much stress and pressure. Training is very weak. Most of the co workers are ignorant. You will feel humiliated.
