Cons

Very tiny raises once every seven years with plenty of excuses. Management does not care at all or value employees. Xerox does not care about cost of living or inflation. Cheapest company I have ever worked for.Be prepared for excuse after excuse for not getting a raise.

Good team, working with good people who care about their work

Cons

Too many layers of management to make any decisions; those with authority are too far removed to be well informed. Other layers just absorb profits. No cost of living wage increases for years.
