Pros

Some employees received professional salaries, benefits were decent

Cons

Management pulled the company in many different directions at the same time, salary distributions appeared extremely wide and arbitrary.

Pros

Work place is clean and comfortable, atmosphere was good within the team but that is up to luck as fluctuation is constant and part of the business model

Cons

Everything else: salary is a joke, benefits are hilarious, career building is impossible, the few openings inside are not worth it, team leaders and quality analysts are expected to work on weekends and are not payed for the extra hours, because of these circumstances people are constantly changing

Pros

Company name brand recognition is extremely well known (as both a noun and a verb) in the office equipment space.

Cons

The company has been receding for approximately 20 years. The faithful have endured 2 decades of voluntary and involuntary layoffs, reorganizations, management changes (up to 2 or 3x per year), zero salary growth (or near-zero), no bonuses, no profit sharing, and failed diversification strategies in the face of a declining print/copy market.
