Pros

Great people to work with; highly capable, enthusiastic, and cooperative.

Cons

From the employee's viewpoint, upper management appears to be dysfunctional, inconsistent, and unpredictable. As the company transitions from technology driven to a service business, there are fewer opportunities for continuing a career in engineering.

Pros

easy enough job to get, simple job if you have customer service skills and if you know your way around a computer and can follow policy

Cons

they can definitely pay better, the work environment is pretty unprofessional, the required availability is pretty horrible, training feels a bit rushed and too crammed with information

Pros

For the most part colleagues are great people with great attitudes. There were some good benefits available (health, pension, matching rrsp).

Cons

There is little to no room for advancement, just a series of lateral moves available. This is a technology company that doesn't believe in utilizing technology (ie work remotely/from home). Experience outside Xerox isn't considered relevant.
