Pros

Working with great customers. Somehow being able to stay employed with them for many years.

Cons

Senior management does not know what they are doing. Poor decisions are made constantly. Forever cutting costs at the customers expense. Always in a downsizing mode, even if you are hired don't expect to last long. You are treated as a number, not a human being that can contribute to the future of the company. This company has become a horror to work for.

Pros

flexible work schedules, excellent variety of engineering work (materials, thermals, fluids, dynamic systems, systems engineering, design of metals, plastics, etc), top rate employees, successful products in the market, good location

Cons

lack of consistent direction and increasing indecsision by upper management (programs started and then immediately cancelled), short-sighted CEO, reduction in R&D spend continuing in foreseeable future, little to no recognition/raises for several years now
