      Pros

      The atmosphere is one of collaboration even across multiple lines of business. The company is moving towards leading with services offerings but still does place a good emphasis on the technology we market.

      Cons

      Salaries are below average and outsourcing and downsizing have hurt company morale. Workers are asked to put in longer hours and pick up the slack from their laid off coworkers.

      Superb front line employees, terrible middle management.

      Pros

      Has been a great place to work for many years. Interesting work, focus on the customer by the front line employees is second to none.

      Cons

      Benefits and salaries being eroded rapidly. Harassment and bullying by middle management is rampant. Middle management has a level of disdain for the customer service organisation that is palpable. Targets and responsibilities are assigned that are quite out of the control of the employees. No trust either way.
