Pros

Good basic benefits. Ok compensation, but they are penny pinching too much.

Cons

Too focused on headcount. Lost focus on customer in some areas. Different regions are doing better. Management panel recruiting process focuses more on communication skills than analytical skills resulting in managers who can talk better than perform. Filters out all the "plant' personality role types.

A very average big company experience

Pros

It IS a big company so resources are in place to make things happen when they need to. Strong drive towards constant quality improvement and customer service (good things). Openly shares information regarding business unit, division, and company performance against financial and other targets.

Cons

Relentless "do more with less" culture pushed down from top management which means those actually doing revenue work are bombarded with "advice" from many layers of overhead managers. Ho-hum compensation (no raises for 4, going on 5, straight years), zero match to 401k and retirement savings, expensive medical insurance.
