      Cons

      The company is in a defensive posture. Laying off to much of the knowledge and experience within the company. Allowing competitors tomove into our territories and take our customers. Giving up on the the technology that makes Xerox who they are.

      The people are motivated to make a difference. The industry, while very mature still offer opportunity to succeed. The benefits are still reasonable.

      Cons

      The company has decided to keep taking from the employees to make the number. Performance is not as important as everyone says it is.
