Pros

good work environment, nice people. current senior management is very solid. good work life balance. high brand recognition. global company

Cons

the printing industry is not growing as pages are displaced by emails, pdfs and online media. no matter how hard the management tries, if the market is not growing, there's hardly anything you can do. branching into adjacent markets is going to take time and not that easy. management focus too much on current month and current quarter and it's easy to forget the big picture

Pros

Flexible work schedule that can't be beat. Great people working toward great accomplishments. Wonderful friends and associates. Did I mention the great flexible schedule

Cons

No pay raises for several years running (with a one year exception, that was wiped out by the increase in cost of benefits). "C" level executives that seem to be out of touch with life on the ground level. Managers in the middle who are stuck between a rock and a hard place. Senior Management (they don't deserve to be called "leadership") has lost the respect of those of us at the bottom and the fix, if they even care, will be more expensive that had it been dealt with in a "preventive" way.
