Pros

If you can constantly deliver upon unreasonable expectations than this is the place for you. However, if your customer is out of town for the holidays and as a result you cannot get a contract signed until January then be worried about your job...

Cons

No job security, constant change (every 6 to 12 months), very tenured staff and management that continue to re-introduce old business models as the next best thing...

Pros

The work is challenging, but you are financially rewarded for a job well done. Xerox has a steady progression of new and exciting products. The people there are top-notch.

Cons

The workload and job pressure can be oppressive. As Xerox downsizes, the workload increases on the remaining employees. The marketplace is very competitive and getting to the right price can be a challenge.
