no respect for customers and employees building is run down and unkept people stayed sick due to poor housekeeping and building ventilation was horrible employee interaction is poor conflict resolution between employees never gained any resolve no job security new benifits package is limited managers only talk to employees when the employee does something wrong, they never give praise for a job well done

No salary raise in years even with consistent great political reviews. Senior Management focused on what they will get out of Xerox, not employees. Senior Management tosses in their personal solution without understanding actual problems. Letting go of hardware, won't be able to bring it back. Services only solution is not long term profitable. Too many top level managers for too few workers.
