Pros

Great People! (mostly left over from the Tektronix acquisition) Engineering projects are generally fast paced, push the limits, and challenge a person's skills. Terrific location in the Pacific NW! Managment from the Director level down is very approachable.

Cons

Ursla Burns (CEO) has announced a 2/3 reduction in R&D funding starting in 2012. Moving to more of a 'services' model. Limited salary increases since 2000- that is now a decade! We've (R&D) delivered great products but the Xerox has never made up for it. Benefits continue to erode. Xerox has stopped being a leader in taking care of it's people to just getting by with the min. it possibly can.
