Pros

Technology is very good for hardware. .

Cons

Unfortunately, the company is making a major attempt at becoming a player in the small to medium managed print services market and has badly stumbled. They are bungling the consolidation of sales channels by doing away with the direct salesforce and placing accounts with a network of recently acquired distributorships across the country. The management style is tuck in the 70s with many inefficient ways for sales to report/forecast. What a shame to see an American icon compromise itself so badly. Pay is lousy for sales too.

Pros

People are extremely friendly and helpful. Good career growth for new people because people leave or laid off.

Cons

Layoffs will naturally occur due to dying paper industry. The mediocre stick around because the best leave for better opportunities and the bad get laid off.

Pros

Great people. Opportunities for learning anything from Excel to how to manage your time better. Flexibility for family situations.

Cons

Upper Management is only focused on meeting reveue outlooks and metrics for bonuses. Little focus is on the employee. Diversity in upper management is slim. Increased workload with no support.
