Pros

Large company so there is a lot of room for expansion. Team environment that is very open to helping you develop in the field.

Cons

Managed Print Services is a dying industry. The people who work within it do not seem optimistic about tasks given to them .

A different experience everyday. Some travel is ok.

They've changed my travel requirements to an extent where it's affecting my family life.

Pros

Paid training, benefits, lots of discounts through company for movie tickets, retail stores, travel, sporting events.

Cons

Hours, break times are 10 mins instead of the 15 mins that most companies provide now. If you do have to use the restroom prior to break that time is taken off your break time. Very controlled enviroment which I understand they need for the amount of employees and being a call center. The least amount of pay compared to other call center.
