Pros

Was there for almost thirty years and used to be a great company with awesome pay and an excellent culture.

Cons

Shift away from employee satisfaction to cutting costs at the expense of people; both employees and customers. No raises, no support to do the right thing for clients. Laid off after 27 years of outstanding performance and reviews.

Pros

Benefits offered, some good people, the people who care really shows. They try incentives, endless overtime right now

Cons

Most days you leave with a headache. They will hire just about anyone even if they have no qualifications. They don't train people as well a they should. There's room for growth if upper management likes you and you kiss some manger behind, but if you're just a really hard worker they'll just use you and abuse you until you finally leave. They are NO raises.... At least not at the Bolingbrook location... You leave at the end of the day feeling mistreated, ignored, and no longer caring for your job.
