Pros

Some people in the team are amazing.

Cons

Caucasian employees get all the preferences, special treatments and multiple bonuses. THey also get special hours - like part-time, which is something that the company does not allow. The current manager does not know how to manage anything and when you have a conversation with him about your issues, he makes the conversation about himself and starts telling stories about how difficult it is for him to manage off-shore employees.

Pros

*Entry Level I.E Low to no job requirements *Slightly higher pay than minimum wage at $10 an hour. *Work from home.

Cons

*Job is great for those with little bills, but cannot support a family on the 10 an hour with only 40hr work weeks. *Micromanaging every little thing. From time spent between calls, to time spent on calls. Supervisors basicly stating to put quantity above quality. *No room for advancement and no raises(been with them for 2-3 years and have made no advancements despite being ranked in the top 5 advisors multiple times.) *Supervisors typically do not take calls And some have no actual experience with the systems and programs the actual advisors use.
