Pros

Huge company with a lot of career possibilities. Working in very exiting technologies across the business.

Cons

Very poor morale. Extremely focus on the quarterly bottom line. Bonuses were almost never paid and there was a huge pressure to send work out of the US which resulted in virtually non-existent annual increases. Pay increases were possible almost only through promotion.

Pros

Flexible schedule (Call center open 24 hours). This was working on the Travelocity Cruise Account.

Cons

Low paying. Hired at an agreed-upon hourly wage + commission, but when company was aquired by Xerox the pay program changed to "Achievement Based Compensation" (barely minimum wage). Also, a lack of concern for employees who were treated like "just a number" - resulting in a very high turnover rate.

Pros

Good work-life flexibility, at least on the Services side.

Cons

Xerox Technology bought a Services company back in 2010/2011, but hasn't yet seemed to figure out how to optimally run a Services organization. There's been a lot of lurching.
