great team , not much support from higher ups

Pros

Had a great team onshore and created one offshore. Working hours were reasonable , paid good and benefits are alright.

Cons

There was no budget for infrastructure support and employee salary adjustments were nil . Employee satisfaction was all time low after many years of no increments.

training period was about a month and very easy. you can wear what you want to work.

Cons

customers able to dock my pay if they gave less than 5-star review, management had unrealistic expectations for call quality and workload
