      Pros

      Flexibility. I can flex my hours around my family needs. 4-day work week. They really improved health care insurance this year - especially for family coverage. Also can get free healthcare from Local Family Clinic

      Cons

      Growing company and mistakes/process errors can cause rework which is a bit frusrating.

      Pros

      Incredible future ahead with new plant and equipment. The team makes outstanding equipment and they show the pride in their work every day. Pay and benefits have come around really well, including free healthcare (Family clinic type services). Huge career growth opportunities for everyone.

      Cons

      As with any smaller, fast-growing company, many practices and procedures are not written, but we are well on our way to do so.
