      Flexibility. If i need to take care of family, I am given the flexibility to adjust my schedule accordingly. Competitive Pay Management is focused on continuous improvement

      Family Health insurance is high with high-deductibles.

      Toxic work environment and terrible benefits

      Flexiblity to a certain point

      Cons

      The amount of favoritism was quite bad. It's a toxic work environment with bad management. The bottom line is profit and the morale is very low. It's a revolving door of new employees. The pay wasn't too bad but again, the benefits were expensive with very high deductibles. They offer no long term disability and the 401k ..if you leave before 5 years they take a lot of their money back. Not a good deal at all.
