A well established company in the San Diego area. They acquired the Simi Valley location due to a new venture in the radiology professional fee/global fee claims processing. The GM has a keen eye for business and personable demeanor. Very approachable. Job opportunities from within.

Cons

The offshore/India employees acquired in lieu of high cost in the USA job market.

Onboarding is smooth. Training is very good. Leadership tries to be clear on why decisions are made. I have enjoyed my time here.

Cons

Opinions between various leadership levels can be in contention, which at times, may cause confusing directives for floor staff. Growing pains.
