Beautiful facility,friendly staff,supportive management HR is always helpful and will go out of their way to make a new employee feel welcomed. I wish I didn't have to move out of state,I would have loved to continue working for XIFIN , Inc.

Cons

If you live far from location,the commute is difficult. Housing near facility required double my salary.

unorganized company management decision to acquire a company, I was told, because it cost XIFIN nearly nothing, not because it fit in our product roadmap. No real plan. Invest heavily in improving a product without understanding market needs Set employees up to fail Underpaid, underappreciated Being pushed out after receiving exemplary remarks on my performance evaluation CEO spoke with me once in my nearly five years with the company

I'm sorry that after 5 years with the company you left feeling this way. Nobody is set up to fail but I encourage anyone who is struggling in their role to reach out to their manager and/or HR, there are a lot of resources available and we're willing to help! Best of luck at your new position.

Pay is always a touchy subject ...we do utilize local salary surveys to determine pay ranges to ensure we stay competitive. You should speak to your manager about the work-life balance if it's a concern, often times it can help!
