I think the company is good overall in different departments but for the call center there was a lot of micromanaging at the time and managers love to play favorites.

-Even if you are a software engineer, the work is not demanding -You will not be challenged on a daily basis, if you like going over the same problem everyday, then this is your place -The pay is not competitive and below market rate because they will not hire anyone who has lot of potential since his/ her salary range is out of their budget. This ties back to point number 2 which states the problems are not hard enough. -Limited room for growth, you can be stuck in the same role for 10 years -Certain folks like CTO have gotten to the position with basic SQL knowledge and have no idea about the latest industry trends. If you want to make a change here, you can forget it.

if you are serious about your professional life, avoid this place like plague.
