Pros

Incredible tech company with state of the art facilities. Pay is competitive within the industry. Full benefits. Free snacks. Fun company events. Incredibly talented colleagues. Even the managers aren’t too bad once you get to know them. All in all, I’d say XIFIN is one of the better companies to work for in this industry.

Cons

Starting pay isn’t anything special depending on the position you apply for, but after your first annual review you’ll see a nice enough increase.

I’ve loved my experience with the company so far. Everyone has been very kind and friendly, and made me feel nothing but welcome. This has probably been one of the smoothest transitions I’ve experienced and I know it’s because of just how great my coworkers are. The people who work at a company can make or break your experience, and my coworkers definitely make it!

Cons

Management don’t communicate as often as they should to keep everyone on the same page.
